Lisa Wehden is the founder and CEO of Plymouth, a San Francisco-based immigration tech company that helps highly skilled technologists secure O-1 visas for extraordinary ability. Motivated by her own visa rejections in 2020, she launched Plymouth in 2022 to simplify and expand access to U.S. work visas. Under her leadership, Plymouth has achieved 115 approvals out of 116 applications, serving clients from top AI companies like Midjourney, Replit, LangChain, and Together AI. Lisa holds a degree from the University of Oxford, where she was president of the Oxford Union, and previously worked at Bloomberg Beta and Entrepreneur First.
