Noémie Federico leads the ODF Fellowship, a program based in San Francisco for ambitious people exploring starting a company. Since 2022, she has built it into a thriving, in-person community that has helped hundreds of fellows - second-time founders, technical builders, and early startup operators - find co-founders, launch startups, and access top investor networks. Previously ODF’s Admissions Lead, she helped transition the program from remote to in-person and scale it into one of the most active early-stage founder communities in the Bay Area.
