Odet Ford is the Immigrant Integration Initiatives Manager at California’s GO-Biz, leading statewide efforts to promote economic inclusion for immigrant communities. She supports immigrant entrepreneurs, guides local integration strategies, and advises the Governor’s Senior Immigration Advisor within the International Affairs and Trade Unit. With 10+ years in public and nonprofit sectors, Odet previously served as Section Chief at the California Department of Social Services, overseeing immigration services, coordinating migrant shelters at the U.S.–Mexico border, and helping launch the first state-funded COVID-19 relief program for undocumented immigrants.
