Vijay Amritraj is a global icon known for his achievements in sports, entertainment, and humanitarian work. A former World No. 16, he led India’s Davis Cup team to the finals twice and claimed victories over legends like Borg, Laver, Connors, and McEnroe. He starred as MI6 agent Vijay in the Bond film Octopussy and appeared in several shows and films, while also serving as a commentator and host. Awarded the Padma Shri in 1983 and inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 2024, he now advocates for global causes as a UN Messenger of Peace through the Vijay Amritraj Foundation.
